Thank you for choosing Lincoln Landscape for your landscaping needs. We are committed to providing the best possible service. However, we kindly ask you to acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding our delivery service:

1.     Property Access: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for our delivery vehicles. This includes clear driveways, pathways, and sufficient space for maneuvering.
2.     Damage to Property: Lincoln Landscape is not responsible for any damage to driveways, walkways, lawns, landscaping, or any other part of the customer’s property that may occur during the delivery process. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by vehicle weight, tire marks, or equipment used during delivery.
3.     Customer Presence: It is recommended that the customer or an authorized representative be present during the delivery to direct the placement of materials and ensure that all instructions are followed accurately.
4.     Unforeseen Circumstances: Lincoln Landscape is not liable for any delays, damage, or issues arising from unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
5.     Acceptance of Delivery: By accepting delivery, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that Lincoln Landscape is not responsible for any damages or claims arising from the delivery process.
